2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Ship the product back to us at the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

- After 12 hours, cancellation requests cannot be processed as the order may have already been dispatched.
